Howard Pet’s Retractable Reels allow you to safely and securely keep your dog close to home, while still giving them freedom to roam. The base can be attached to your house, deck or patio. The 360 degree reel gives your dog full motion to move in a complete circle. For dogs 80-120 lb. The 15 ft. coated and braided cable gives your dog 700 sq. ft. of space to roam. Reel also includes a reflective band to make it easier to see at night.
